Executive Assignment

A commercial executive is assigned to attend the requirements.

  • The service request is received via telephone, mail or message
  • The executive activates the Supervisor for the service review.

15 minutes

Work Team

Personnel required for the service is assigned

  • Assigned Personnel: Supervisor, Inspection Crew, Quality Technician
  • Quote is sent
  • SOS approval is requested
  • Containment is activated.

30 minutes

Transportation and Logistics

Dedicated transport equipment is assigned for personnel movement (In or out of plant)

  • Once the quotation is approved, PO is requested and service is continued.
  • According to the needs, information is shared by shift, daily, etc.
  • OK, NG, Recovered quantities are validated and minutes are signed.

Depends on condition of service

Operations Center

Opening of strategic operations center for movement of personnel and/or materials if needed.

  • Summary is sent with PO, invoice and scheduled for payment.
